Proyecto Cubo surge en el año 2005, como una iniciativa de la galería de arte Pabellón 4, con la intención de insertar la obra de 4 artistas en el circuito de arte de Buenos Aires. Durante un año cada integrante del proyecto podrá realizar una importante cantidad de obras, que serán exhibidas en 4 muestras grupales temáticas, y a su vez cada artista contará con esta sala para realizar su muestra individual. Para cada una de estas muestras se realizarán proyectos especiales, con la intención de afianzar su obra como artistas y legitimar su imagen, que hasta el momento ha sido exhibida en numerosas muestras individuales, Ferias de arte y Premios Nacionales.
Proyecto Cubo se propone como una clinica y laboratorio de experimentación, con la particularidad de que el resultado de este trabajo será exhibido en al público. El trabajo en equipo con el curador del proyecto (Néstor Zonana) y el critico de arte invitado, es fundamental para el buen resultado de cada una de las propuestas, que podrán ver todos los interesados en forma permanente y durante todo un año.

I just finished this very “noir” video featuring a manrekords track called PRO. Thanks CB for the great moves and the good times.
24 street artists will converge in Beacon, NY from May 16th to May 18th to create live artwork and have their work installed on the exterior of a 19th century factory building. Electric Windows draws its name from the former electric blanket factory at the foot of Mount Beacon that will act as the backdrop for the event. Each piece of the 24 pieces will be approximately 8 ft x 12 ft.
The installation will be on display for 12 months.

Art Battery Group is a collective of artists looking for new ways to connect and collaborate with art galleries, art collectors, artists, designers, brand strategists, web developers, film makers and sound designers to promote emerging art and innovation.
Art Battery Group was founded by Claudia Sandoval and Alfonso Nieto in November of 2005. Around beers and good talk, it started as a place to showcase friends’ artwork and have fun collaborating in art and design projects. New challenges brought them to Brooklyn, NY and since then, they haven’t stop thinking about new ways to collaborate among artists.
We are currently developing a strategy to promote Art Battery Group Artists, network with other art collectives and prepare an art show in Brooklyn, NY during 2009.
As part of this initiative we are looking for spaces and people that are willing to collaborate in this process. Feel free to contact us with your ideas or proposals.
